Daily Delicious Meals

You can select the meals you like from our menu or from our Mexican cook books (subject to ingredient availability.) Our cook, Dalia, makes delicious meals and most guests have commented that they prefer to leave the menu choice up to the cook as she can determine what is fresh at the market and can make good seasonal choices. Dalia is sensitive to guests with food allergies and will accommodate anyone who has one as well as vegetarians or guests who prefer non-spicy food.

Not included are the cost of the groceries & drinks purchased on your behalf and at your request. Budget approx $25 usd/per person per day (depending on your requests & the prevailing exchange rate) more if you request high-end gourmet food/drink, or less if it's local fair - it's your choice.

You reimburse our manager, Javier, from the receipts that will be given to you at any time you request them. All receipts will reimbursed by you at the end of your stay.
